A kiln-yard resort, four buildings around one chimney
Eat in the old works canteen. The kiln restaurant seats thirty and runs one short menu. Breakfast is included; dinner is a choice.
Soak in the quench sheds. The spa is two pools, a steam hut, and a trough. Included, and there is nothing to book.
Play, if you want to, in the pattern room. Optional, eighteen and over, own door to the yard.
Guests assembling casino stays want a lively street they can walk to and a bed that cannot hear the works clock. Seven minutes of kiln lane does that.
We quote by email, take no payments here, and never sell a loft alongside play. If you want casino nights that still end in a brick room, this yard already had the right distances.
Two nights, four, or a working week
Two nights covers casino weekends: arrive Friday, one evening in town, a long Saturday between the quench and the canteen, away after breakfast.
Four nights is a different holiday. The forge market, a full day of walking the cuttings, two evenings out rather than one long one. Most casino holidays booked here settle there after a first visit.
A week belongs to people who came for the brick. Some treat the kiln as a quiet casino destination and go out once; others walk to the casino district on Forge Street every night and use the yard only for sleep. Both are ordinary here.
Sallow Forge after dark
Forge Street holds kitchens, one music room, and licensed floors at the far end. It behaves like a compact casino district. Casino visitors staying here walk. Casino nightlife thins around one. The casino venues there are independent, with their own licences, and we take no share of anything spent in them.
For casino city trips the order never changes: finish time, identification, and a route home before you leave.
What the pattern room holds
The pattern room is a small set of casino facilities: a casino floor of about twenty-eight people, three casino tables, a short casino lounge, and four casino terminals. Casino hours are 19:00 to 00:15. Casino doors open from the yard, not through any loft.
Casino games are blackjack, baccarat, one wheel, and those terminals. Casino staff check identification at every casino entry. There is no casino pit in the strip sense, no casino bar with a stage, and no casino amenities that spill into the quench spa or the canteen restaurant. The casino area is one room. A longer casino walk is seven minutes down the lane.
